What does a typical session involve?
Every session is unique and completely tailored to your specification. However, you can expect an active, challenging and focused experience. There is the option for cideo feedback during the session and written feedback once you have finished.
Can I book a group session?
Yes, prices for two players are listed on the website. Should you wish to book a group session or ask a coach to visit your club then please get in touch.
How do I get in touch?

How do I pay for sessions?
Payment is online through the online booking system.
Can I speak to my coach before the session?
Absolutely. When you book a session we will pass on your contact number on to your coach. They will email or phone you in advance to discuss exactly what you would like to work on.
Can I book a series of sessions?
Of course! Meeting up with a coach more than once gives you a chance to work on more areas of your game. This works really well during pre-season training, or alongside your club and school sessions during the season.
Are sessions available for Under 16s?
Yes, all our coaches are experienced coaches and have worked with junior players. We state that Under 18s should be accompanied by an adult.
Do I need to book a pitch?
Pitch hire and use of equipment is all included in the price of the session.
How long is a session?
All session timings can be found on our Book Online page.
How do I cancel a session?
Please give 24 hours notice if you cannot make it to a session. There is no charge for rearranging a sessions wlthough a £1.50 charge is levied to cover the booking fee in the event of a cancellation.
What do I need to bring?
Bring your normal playing kit. A mouth guard, shin pads, left hand glove and appropriate footwear are essential.
Can the coach come to me?
This may be possible, but there will be a charge for travel time and costs. Give us a call to discuss.
Do the coaches only work on set days?
Coaches have set aside specific days and times that fit around their own training and work. However, there is some flexibility, so please give us a call and we will see what we can arrange.
Can I book with a coach directly?
The simplest way to book is through this website. However, coaches can process a booking for you, or contact us through the website and we'll book you in.
We run hockey courses independently which you can book through this website. We also deliver coaching on behalf of clubs around the UK, which are organised and administered through that club's website. Our aim is always the same; engaging, challenging and fun hockey sessions to enable players to #BeYourBest
What do I need to bring?
Players must bring a hockey stick, shin pads, mouth guard and a water bottle. Please also wear appropriate clothing and footwear. We also recommend a left handed glove for protection. Goalkeepers should bring their own kit. Unfortunately we do not have any spare.
Once I have booked can I cancel or change a course booking?
I would like to book coaches to visit my club. How do I do this?
